Nissani BROS Enterprises
Nissani BROS Enterprises began in the early 2000s when Hooman Nissani and Rayan Nissani entered the Automotive Industry and purchased a General Motors dealership. At that time they were they youngest dealer principles in the history history of the Auto business in the country. The dealership they had purchased
was severely deficient in every department and criteria including sales, fixed operations, and facility. From the very start they did things differently and forever changed the industry. It was clear that they were pm the right track because within a short period of time, they had turned the dealership and far exceeded General Motors’ expectations for Culver City. Within the first two years they increased sales and gross profit in all departments by over 800% while maintaining outstanding customer service and unprecedented customer retention.
During the period from 2004 to 2008 they were also very active their family’s business which deals primarily in the acquisition and development of real estate. The various projects with which they were involved include varied business and real estate interests which include hospitality business including various Hilton Hotel locations, gas stations which include both Arco and Union 76 locations, various dining establishments including Denny’s and various fast food locations, and entertainment venues including various night clubs, most recently The Vault Night Club and Lounge in Downtown Los Angeles which has become one of the most popular night spots in Los Angeles.
In 2008 The Nissani Bros. expanded their interests in the automotive field when they purchased a Toyota Dealership in Long Beach, California which was operating well below the standards expected of a facility of its size and market. As with their GM dealership, In less than two years it had become one of the fastest growing Toyota Scion dealerships in the country. It has experienced triple digit increases in sales and service despite the adverse market conditions.
In 2010, The Nissani Bros.purchased a Nissan Dealership which had been closed due to poor performance. Here again, since the grand re-opening they have consistently had record sales and service performance. In their first year of operations, they achieved a 300% increase in sales and service and maintained among the nation’s highest CSI rankings. They were also awarded the coveted Nissan Award of Excellence in our first full year of operation.
In late 2013, The Nissani Bros. purchased two additional dealerships. Hyundai of Los Angeles and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Los Angeles are both quickly moved to the tops of their respective markets and are significantly outperforming the previous management and the manufacturer’s expectations.
In Early 2014 The Nissani Bros. created PayLess Cars which is a chain of small dealerships which offer affordable cars and financing to customers who are often marginalized or worse taken advantage of by traditional vehicle sales venues. PayLess Cars is selling cars and profitable. Another example of their philosophy that if you do right by your customers, you will do well in the end.Later in 2014 The Nissani Bros. purchased a large carwash and gas station complex in Playa Vista, California. Playa Vista Carwash & Gas is the only high volume full service car wash in the area. It is comprised of a full service carwash, a Chevron filling station, and a Lube & Oil. facility. It is performing far beyond what it had under the previous ownership, but beyond their expectations as well. It currently provides 80 full time jobs and they expect that to grow in the future. They are currently in the process of fully renovating the Carwash / Gas Station complex. Part of this renovation will include five full service restaurants including Subway, Fatburger, Buffalo Wildwings, Pizza Rustica, and a Taco Tuesdays.
In October of 2015 The Nissani Bros. purchased Acura of Santa Monica, a dealership with terrific potential and their team has already begun turning it into what will be the top Acura store in the region.
In January of 2016 The Nissani Bros. purchased Chevrolet of Culver City which is already the top producing Chevrolet dealership in the region and they see nothing but growth and further opportunity there.
In Late 2016 The Nissani Bros. made an unprecendtend move in the Automotive Industry by purchasing an amazing nine-acre site in Playa Vista, California on which they have developed first auto mall in a single building in the United States. This amazing Auto Mall opened for business in 2017 to rave reviews for its concept, design, and customer amenities. It contains four new car dealerships under a single roof and has 128,000 square feet of showroom and service area. This facility also features the single largest new car service center in the United States with over hundred fifty service bays.
